A Rose By Any Other Name
"Pale White Rose" was originally taken with a Canon FT 35mm film camera on Kodachrome slide film back in 1992 or 1993. The subject was a rose from my garden. While that rose bush eventually died, the photo lasted and has been copied to digital format in my studio. I processed the single rose blossom in high key lighting to present to the viewer the sense of warmth, mystery, and timelessness that this rose gave me many years ago when I first viewed it. I hope you like it, and thank you for stopping by to take a look.
Best wishes,
Bob
PS: It's April 10th and we had snow last night. Nine days ago the temp was in the upper 70s! Spring hurry, please.
