A wee bit of whimsy here. Sunlight reflecting off of my smartphone (the "distraction") resulting in a very cool and interesting pattern of chromatic rays (the "diffraction"). I also like the feeling of light through stained glass in a large church: it lifts my spirits, and I hope it does the same for you.
