Old Ellicott City Watercolors

A couple of photographs from a recent photowalk to Old Ellicott City, Maryland. OEC is just down the street from me, and a wonderful place to photograph, particularly when its raining, as it was on the day I took these images. The town is still deeply into its recovery from the devastating floods of a few years ago, with many businesses yet to reopen, and a few that will never return. Alas. Flood mitigation efforts have been undertaken and are currently underway. Hopefully, these will prevent further catastrophic flooding.
