Watchers

The ‘locals’ truly love the July 4th festivities in Catonsville. Why else would they start placing chairs on Frederick Road (our main street and parade route) a month ahead of the parade? (It’s a tradition, so what the heck.) Anyway, by the time the parade starts, it’s wall to wall people along the street, especially in open areas, such as seen here. I’ve got to confess, while I’ve never set out a lawn chair weeks before the parade, I too smile a lot when I hear the fire truck’s siren signalling the start of the parade. Gotta luv C’ville, and I do.
