The Ortho Building

Formerly the site of a very old, but quaint A&P grocery store, the “Ortho Building” (Orthopaedic Associates of Central Maryland) is a prominent architectural oddity among the rest of the buildings on Frederick Avenue, main street Catonsville. While I’m happy to have an orthopedic facility within walking distance, I wish the designers had spent more time thinking about how to fit it into the grand scheme of Catonsville center. If you ever need orthopedic care, I guarantee you won’t miss this formidable structure.
