A camel cricket in low key lighting.

It’s funny how my thoughts change as I process photographs. I envisaged this one as a high key image, not as a dark and foreboding low key photo. Yet, as I worked on it (over a few weeks, if you can believe that), it slowly appeared in its dark glory… maybe the wrong word. Oh well. It’s kind of cool in a creepy way.
