Enamel Porcelain Mug

One of my favorite graduate students gave this mug to me as a gift for advising and guiding him towards ultimately achieving a doctorate degree. I’ve never used the mug, but instead have it prominently displayed for all to see. Every time I see it, I smile and am reminded of that graduate student, who, incidentally, is now a faculty member himself. In science, this is the circle of life.
