An Early Autumn Walk

With autumnal weather finally here, I spent a delightful afternoon walking around Liberty Reservoir. There are definitely signs of autumn in the trees and the lake, but the water temperature is still warm, and the bass remain in deeper water.

BTW, the ‘flash drought’ has brought the water level down, and the shoreline has receded about 10 feet from previous position two months ago. Take a look at some of my previous blog posts for comparison.
